This isn’t just another yoga class; this is an immersive experience designed to uplift, empower, and nurture your body, mind, and soul while celebrating the incredible woman you are.
Claudine and I have created something truly special just for you. This promises to be just what you need to revolutionise your mind, body, heart, and soul. It’s a chance to pause, take time just for you, and feel pretty awesome at the end!
You’ll be guided through two beautifully curated sessions—yoga followed by breathwork—where you will feel the world drift away as you relax, feel yourself realign and feel the stress and tension melt away from your mind and body. We’re not sure you will want to leave!!!
Best of all, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded women in a warm, uplifting environment. And to complete the experience, we’ll be treating you to refreshments and some lovely goodies at the end.

We’re not meant to live in constant states of stress, disconnection, overwhelm and exhaustion, yet so many of us do.
The demands of daily life, past experiences, and the need, and often expectation to “keep going” often push us into survival mode, relying solely on our masculine energy while losing touch with our intuition and feminine essence – and ourselves.
Over time, we can feel dysregulated and out of alignment, leaving us anxious, overwhelmed, and detached from our bodies. We stay stuck in these patterns and can get stuck in our minds, trying to “think” our way out unless we give the body, mind and soul the care and attention they need.
