A brand new exciting mini trampoline fitness class is coming to Dobbie Hall in Larbert!
This class is choreographed to music, low impact, high cardio, and a huge calorie burner.
45 minutes of bouncing on the trampoline, 15 min toning the muscles and finishing with a stretch.
