It can be quite a daunting task to walk through a boxing gym. This will give you the chance to learn the fundamentals and build your confidence with people that are in the same position as yourself. By the end of the 6 weeks you will be fully ready to join our senior boxing group sessions.

Time: Every Saturday 12.30-2.00pm
